Just wanted to pass this onto you. The crew of guys you had was really top notch. Not only did they get everything done that they could, but I can tell they take great pride in their workmanship. It’s one of the best installs I have seen out of a glazing company in a long time. Flashing, trims, metals, glazing, spray foam and caulking was all very good, and the install looks great. Its easy to tell they care a lot about their work.
I didn’t mention this to them before I left, I had to get back to Calgary. Pass this message along for me as id like them to know I appreciate the work!

I just had to let you know how incredibly happy I am with the windows and the guys that put them in! They were so polite, personable and professional ? we had many good giggles but they never missed a beat on getting the job done. Would you please refresh my memoirs on the lead guys name that came from Peace Glass. I will definitely be asking for him by name on the next batch, fingers crossed he’s still there at that time lol. Thanks again to all involved in getting this done for us, I truly appreciate that every experience I have with Alpine is positive whether that be windshields, windows or locks. Now if I could just find a mechanic shop that had the same consistency in service lol. Just let me know when the work order/invoice is ready for the balance to be paid and I will be down as soon as I can to get that squared up. Thanks again!

First of all we were so grateful with the rush you put on getting the door in before all of our insurance work began, and secondly with the 2 workers that installed our Garden door we purchased from you. I unfortunately never got their names, but there work was outstanding! They made sure to lay down mats, put up plastic for dust, they swept as they went along then to top it all off, they mopped the floor before they left! That says a lot about the Integrity of them and your company.

I had my baby’s bedroom window replaced today by your company. The young man that did the work inside was courteous, very helpful and prepared to offer advice or answer questions. I said he could leave his boots on and he wouldn’t because he didn’t want to make a mess in my home.
He made a point of talking to the 4 year old I was babysitting and giving her a feeling of importance.
The room he replaced the window in was cleaned up beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be more thrilled.
Staff like that does not grow on trees, and I think it should be pointed out when someone goes above and beyond their duties to add a personal touch…

Hi there I just wanted to say thanks to Alpine Glass and their remarkable customer service. I have dealt with Alpine Glass for a number of years and really liked their service and products which are (Jeld-wen Windows and Doors).
In the meantime I tried out a different brand called (Ply Gem)…
I was not satisfied with the brand and service they had promised me.
That’s why I went back to Alpine Glass, because they provide their customers with really good service and product.

Thank you for fixing the four doors for me yesterday. As you know the doors that you fixed were supplied by All-Weather Windows & Doors. After many frustrating attempts to have these doors fixed and being told that it was everybody’s fault but theirs, I basically gave up.
As you know, when I changed to your company three years ago, my main concern with All-Weather Windows & Doors was lack of service. The local service people do not have the training or expertise to fix difficult problems.
I was amazed when you offered to send your service people to fix my door problem. As I stood and watched them work I was amazed at how quick and proficient the work got done.
This reinforces the decision that I made to switch from All-Weather Windows & Doors to your product Jeld-Wen Windows & Doors.

Were it not for the quick response of Clayton and Kevin and Paul and whoever else I probably wasn’t even aware of, well, this last two weeks would have been far worse than it was.
I and the company I work for want to say thank you, and coffee and donuts is just not the right way.
I want to give a nice lunch to you and your staff as a thank you. Please don’t say no, it’s important to me to be able to do this.

Almost everyone who comes to my front door makes a comment about how beautiful it is and I’m absolutely delighted with the detailing in my garden/patio doors. Gorgeous!!!
